waa..semangat!!~ hehe azam tahun baru. selaen study, AMY bgun awl sebab hari ni breakfast nasi lemak hehe. best tul nasi lemak Dewan Santapan. rugi kalau miss!
ok la, sebut pasal makan kali ni nk post entry about perkara2 yang dilarang selepas makan (emel dari kak zurin, thanx sis!)

AMY : yang ni pun ade orang kate elok berjalan at least 40 steps. untuk digest makanan erkk
